Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
Subscription Overview Glass Lab offers a subscription service allowing customers to receive their favourite products on a recurring schedule at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Billing Your subscription will be automatically renewed and charged to your original payment method on the same date each billing cycle (monthly or as selected at checkout). You will receive a reminder email prior to each renewal.
How to Manage Your Subscription You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. To cancel, email hello@glasslab.co with your full name, email address linked to your account, and the subject line: "Subscription Cancellation Request."
Pausing Your Subscription If you need a break, you may pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Contact us at hello@glasslab.co to arrange a pause.
Refunds on Subscription Orders Subscription orders are subject to our standard 30-Day Refund Policy. If you were charged after a cancellation request was submitted within the required timeframe, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.
Changes to Subscription Terms Glass Lab reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms. We will notify all active subscribers via email at least 14 days before any changes take effect.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund by contacting us at hello@glasslab.co.

Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
