RETURN POLICY

Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery for unopened or defective products.

Eligibility To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return Email hello@glasslab.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Glass Lab is not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is out of stock at the time your return is processed, a full refund will be issued instead.

Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days and notify you via email.

How to Request a Refund Contact our customer support team at hello@glasslab.co with your full name, order number, reason for the refund request, and photos of the product if damaged or defective.

Refund Processing Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@glasslab.co with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for refunds: gift cards, clearance or final-sale items (noted on the product page), and items showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

Return Shipping Costs Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
